Just about every mortgage marketing flyer has these major problems. First they are boring. Second they are super generic. Third they are all about you, you, you, and how great you and your company are. Finally they don’t really offer any good reason why the person should take any action.
In fact just about every mortgage marketing flyer is just like every other type or mortgage advertisement you see out there today. From looking at every ones advertising in my own state as well as many other states. It seems like we all offer the lowest rates, fees, and have spectacular customer service. Plus we all offer the same products. As can be seen by every ones laundry list of products in their ads.
If you want a mortgage marketing flyer that works.
Be different. Do something bold. Be original.
A flyer that I had great success with offered a free list of zero down homes. Of course I had to be working with a real estate agent to get the list of homes that they requested. But it was a win-win for both the agent and me. As we all know just about any home can be bought with zero down. But the prospect doesn’t.
I plastered my town with this flyer. I also had it inserted in the local classified ad newspaper. All they had to do was call my 800 number leave their name and address and what price range of homes they were looking for. The cherry on top of this is that my 800 number captured their phone number as well. Then I got to follow up.
Could you do a mortgage marketing flyer like that? Heck yeah. All it will cost you is the time to create it and post it around town. Then just watch as the mortgage leads come flooding in.
