Here Is A Simple Mortgage Marketing System

It is extremely easy to create an effective and profitable mortgage marketing system, if you follow these simple steps.

The first step in your mortgage lead system is to pick a niche. Find a group of people that have a problem that you can easily fix with a loan or service you have. It has to be very specific. For example it could be renters that have credit problems with incomes of $45,000 or higher.

The second step to is to create a way to get these people to stand up and express their interests in what you are offering. The easiest way to do this is to offer some kind of free report.

Following the above example it could be a free report titled "How Any Renter Can Buy A Home With Zero Down Even If They Have Credit Problems". Your free report is easy to write and is essential to your mortgage marketing system if you know and understand your business. It should be nformational as well as selling them. In fact it is really just a very long sales letter.

Your third step to your mortgage marketing system is to decide how you are going to find these people. You have all kinds of options. You could use post cards, direct mail, classified ads, display ads, Val-Pak, TV or Radio Commercials. Just remember you are not trying to sell them anything at this point. You are just trying to get them to call and request the free report.

It is also important to sit down and describe you perfect mortgage prospect. This is extremely important if you are going to be purchasing any type of mailing list. If you don't do this, your mortgage marketing system may fail. So in this case we may be looking for married couples, with two children, pay rent of $650 a month or more, earn $45,000 a year or more, pay renters insurance, have debt of $5,000 or less, and credit scores between 570 to 620.

The fourth step is to set up an 800 number with lead capture capabilities. Once the prospect calls off your advertising they leave their name and address. The 800 number automatically captures their phone number. How sweet is that. After they have requested their free report make sure you send it out to them right away.



The fifth step in your mortgage marketing system is to follow up in a few days with a simple phone call to make sure they received their free report. Ask if they have had a chance to read it. Ask if they have any questions. Etc. You may not want to go into a hard sell but it is your choice.

If you are not able to get a hold of them your next step is to send out the same report a few weeks later with a cover letter explaining that you did not hear from them and that maybe they over looked it or did not receive it. Again you may want to follow up with another call or just send them out the report again a few weeks later.

The last and most important step to this mortgage marketing system is to keep following up with these mortgage prospects until they die or tell you to stop. Once a mortgage lead is in your system you do not want to lose them. Just keep sending them free information and sales letters.
