Now obviously if that is your niche all I have to say is have fun and good luck. But you get the point. Set yourself apart from the competition with a statement that tells exactly what you do.

  3. The third mortgage marketing tip I offer is to use as many different ways as you can to get the phone ring and generate leads. Now with that said, you need to test and make sure each way is working and producing profits. Here are several ways that you can generate mortgage leads. Direct mail, classified ads, postcards, offering free reports, recorded messages, advetorials, press releases, display ads. Now as stated in the first two tips you need to have a niche market and a USP. In other words craft a message towards your specific market.
